Welcome to the new Northern Ontario website.

Special Olympics Ontario is fortunate to have been included as part of the Google Apps for Non-Profits. It will give our communities access to website creation, resource sharing and development tools from an easy to use interface.  As part of this transition... a new district (Region) level website has been created to help us bring all of our resources under one roof.

Please take some time to navigate the site and let us know what you think about it. As we go along more and more content will be added to the site. Please remember that if your community or sport club would like anything (news articles, pictures, event information) added to the site to please let me know.

I hope you enjoy our new Regional website and that we can all utilize this new resource to improve our communications.

This new site is chock full of amazing new features which are aimed at improving the experience, access to information and programs offered by Special Olympics.  You will find that many of our old links such as Resources or Contact Us will direct you to new tools such as the provincial online sports directory, information portal or the updated CASI System.

In the very near future you can look forward to some great new features.

Thank you for all of your help and input. Stay tuned for your own Special Olympics Ontario e-mail address....
